Sze Ping Lo

Sze Ping Lo is a program director at Sequoia Climate Foundation, where he leads the grant making portfolios for China, East and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Sequoia, he was CEO of World Wildlife Foundation (WWF) China, and has served in leadership roles in many international and grassroots environmental organisations. His career has been widely recognized with various fellowships and awards, including being named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012. Trained as a political scientist and anthropologist, he became an environmentalist in 1992 after visiting the indigenous Dayak people in Sarawak who were defending their forest and community.

Dino Patti Djalal

Dr. Dino Patti Djalal is the Founder and Chairman of Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), the largest grassroots foreign policy group in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and the Indo-Pacific. Prior to that, he served as Indonesia’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs (2014) and Ambassador to the United States (2010-2013). In 2004, Dr. Dino Patti Djalal was appointed as Special Staff of the President for International Affairs, where he acted as the Presidential Spokesperson, Speechwriter, and Foreign Policy Adviser to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Dino is a Vice President at the Paris Peace Forum (PPF), and a part of the Board at World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia and Tara Climate Foundation.

Rachel Teo is the Head of Asia Climate Change at a single family office in Silicon Valley. Prior to this she was at GIC Pte Ltd, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, for 18 years where she was Head of Sustainability and Total Portfolio Sustainable Investing. Yoo-Kyung Park is Managing Director of the Emerging Markets Equities, Fundamental Strategy Team at APG Asset Management, an asset manager for Dutch pension funds, based in Hong Kong. Her main role is to manage the overall operation and performance of the team, which involves overseeing the investment process, embedding Responsible Investment into the investment process, formulating overall investment strategy and policies.
Before joining the EME team, she headed the APAC Responsible Investment & Governance team at APG. Prior to APG, she was a securities analyst at international investment banks such as Barings Securities and KEB Salomon Smith Barney. She has covered a range of industry sectors including power/gas utilities, consumer, transportation, and heavy industries such as steel, chemicals and refining.

A native of South Korea, she has lived and worked extensively across multiple countries including China and the United States. Gilbert received his degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and is currently an inactive Certified Public Accountant in California.

Andri Prasetiyo

Andri has experience in research, scenario and policy analysis, and strategic communications on a range of issues including natural resource governance, upstream and downstream fuel industry expansion, and climate finance. Prior to joining TARA, Andri was the Asia Regional Researcher at Zero Carbon Analytics, an international research group working on cutting-edge analysis and insights on climate change and energy transitions. Isabelle has over twenty years of experience in climate and energy policy making and diplomacy, having served with the UK Government as Head of Strategy in Southeast Asia during COP26 and senior policy advisor in London on a range of energy, climate, industrial policies and international negotiations. Isabelle has also been an adjunct lecturer on international energy and environmental issues at the Open University in London and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Isabelle holds a PhD from the University of Louvain in Belgium.

Marie has more than twenty-five years of experience in national and international non-profits, government and civil society organisations working on climate, economic justice, coastal resource management and sustainable development. Ohkeum has nearly two decades working across government, civil society, and philanthropy on climate change. She worked for the British Embassy in Seoul as a Senior Climate Change officer for ten years, with extensive experience on bilateral climate policy engagement and climate diplomacy. She holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from York University in Canada and Masters in Environmental Studies from Seoul National University.

Jodie has over a decade of experience working with Civil Society Organisations, think tank, and government bodies. She is a native Taiwanese and has lived and worked extensively across multiple countries. She holds an MPA in International Management with a specialisation in energy conservation from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and an LLM in Human Rights Law from Hong Kong University.
