How We Hire
Our hiring process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and fair — helping us find talented individuals who are not only skilled, but also deeply aligned with our mission and values. While the details may vary by role, here’s what you can generally expect:
- Application review
We review every application carefully to understand your experience and connection to Tara’s mission. Shortlisted candidates will hear from us within three weeks of the advert closing. - Initial screening
Selected applicants may be invited to a short Zoom conversation so we can learn more about your background and interests. - Interviews
You’ll meet members of the hiring team through a series of conversations. These may include technical questions or scenario-based exercises and discussions relevant to the role. - Reference checks and confirmations
For final candidates, we conduct reference checks — including one from your most recent employer. We’ll also need to verify your eligibility to live and work in your country of residence. - Offer
If it’s the right match, we’ll be delighted to extend an offer to welcome you to the team.
